Rao

International Gold Medalist Vice-Captain, Indian Tennis Ball Cricket Team District Election Icon

"First and foremost, we should be good human beings in life." A sportsman, engineer, educator, and public servant — Kuldeep gave up a settled career to chase the harder, more uncertain path, and has spent every year since proving it was the right one.

File No. 01 — Origins
"His father's struggle, dedication, and zeal to work hard made Kuldeep a hard worker himself."

Born and raised in Udaipur, Kuldeep completed his schooling at St. Gregorios Senior Secondary School, under the steady influence of a father who worked as a production manager at Amzole India. That early exposure to hard work and quiet discipline shaped the way Kuldeep approached everything that came after — the classroom, the workshop, and eventually, the field.

He went on to top his batch during his coaching days at Career Point Coaching Institute, before clearing the RPET examination with an All-Rajasthan rank of 1200 and securing a seat at Government Engineering College, Bikaner, in the Mechanical stream.

Kuldeep credits Kedar Singh Rathore, Director at B.S.E.S., Udaipur, for shaping his early career — and Shahzad Khan, who runs several sports federations, for opening the door into competitive sport and national-level event organisation.

"We should be good human beings before being anything else," Kuldeep often says — and it's the line that runs quietly under every chapter of his story.
